Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Scrubs.Health is operated by MyCityCopilot ("MyCityCopilot", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and MyCityCopilot governing your access to and use of the Scrubs.Health website and application (the "Service").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing lifetime access, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and if you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, that you have authority to bind it.
3. The Service
Scrubs.Health lets students log shadowing, direct patient care, scribing, volunteering and research hours, search the public US provider registry, generate signature-ready attestation PDFs, and store signed verification copies. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own record keeping within the plan you have selected.
Never record patient names or protected health information (PHI) in the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter, and for keeping your account credentials confidential and your account information current.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any professional obligation;
- submit false, fabricated, or fraudulent hour entries, attestations, signatures, or uploaded documents;
- send spam, or impersonate a provider, institution, or another person;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, or upload PHI;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the entries and documents you upload. You grant MyCityCopilot a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
6. Intellectual property
MyCityCopilot retains all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Service level
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Scrubs.Health is a record keeping tool; it does not guarantee acceptance of your hour log by any admissions committee, licensing body, or institution.
8. Payment, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCityCopilot is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify MyCityCopilot against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. General
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.
